Are you fascinated by the many tutorials that show what you can make out of discarded blue jeans? Let’s bring those ideas to life in this workshop at SRT. You bring an old pair of jeans to class, and choose a gorgeous lining fabric from our store. We’ll make a sturdy, usable tote bag that shows off some of the features of your jeans.
Class supplies must be purchased from Silk Road Textiles, either in store or through the SRT Online Marketplace. By using our high quality products, you know that you have the right tools and fibers to set you up for success, and we can keep our class prices down.

½ yard of fabric for lining
½ yard of medium weight fusible interfacing
Heavy duty sewing needle (size 90)
All purpose, polyester thread

A pair of discarded jeans
Basic sewing supplies, including wonder clips if you have them
