First stranded colorwork class! If you can knit a basic beanie in the round, you can knit this hat. Learn introductory stranded colorwork techniques, including how to read a basic colorwork chart, how to achieve an even gauge in colorwork and stockinette, how to weave in the pesky little ends, and finishing techniques that make your colorwork look its best. The hat includes a fun twisted rib brim and is finished using DPNs, so if you have been scared to try DPNs, this is an easy way to learn.
Prerequisites: All students must be comfortable knitting, purling, and knitting in the round.
Be sure to purchase your yarn and other supplies from Silk Road Textiles, online or in store!
